Everybody likes to save money but very few people seem to be aware of online reward sites or cashback sites as they are also known.

These sites are simply shopping portals that allow you to do your ususal shopping online at shops like Amazon, WH Smiths, Tesco, CD-WOW, Dell, Marks and Spencers etc. In fact some of these sites have over 1,000 shops listed on them.

The beauty of these sites is that the shops (John Lewis, Carphone Warehouse,lastminute.com etc) all pay the sites a portion of the amount of money you spend online. The cashback sites then reward you for using them by sharing this commission with you. This can be anything up to 30% of your total online shopping bill.

Are these sites secure though I hear you thinking well I'm sure if they weren't the BBC wouldn't be talking about them as effectively you are still being directed to your usual website except instead of going to it from Google or Yahoo you are going to it via the Reward website.
